Your flight school shapes your learning experience. Before enrolling, compare how each school teaches, maintains its aircraft and supports students through the Australian licensing pathway you want to follow.
Ask about the whole training plan
Discuss instructor continuity, aircraft availability, scheduling, safety practices and how progress is assessed. Request a written explanation of fees, likely additional costs and cancellation terms. Ask how the school helps students who need extra time on a skill.
Make theory part of the conversation
Explain your goals and ask how external online theory study fits the school’s course. Visit if possible and speak with current students. The cheapest hourly rate alone will not tell you the total cost or whether the teaching approach suits you.
Our materials can help you build foundation knowledge before and during training. Explore the courses and coordinate your study with your chosen school.
